§ 1 Information on the Collection of Personal Data
(1) Below we inform you about the collection of personal data when using our website. For the terminology used in this statement, we refer to the definitions provided in Art. 4 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

(2) The data we process will be deleted or restricted in processing in accordance with Art. 17 and 18 GDPR. Unless expressly stated otherwise in this privacy policy, stored data will be deleted once it is no longer necessary for its intended purpose and no statutory retention requirements prevent deletion. If the data is required for other and legally permissible purposes (e.g., under commercial or tax law), processing will be restricted—meaning the data will be blocked and not processed for other purposes.
§ 3 Collection of Personal Data When Visiting Our Website

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. The anonymous server log file data is stored separately from any personal data provided by the individual.
(2) Log file information is stored for security reasons for up to seven days and then deleted. If data is required for evidentiary purposes, it will be stored until the matter is fully resolved.
(3) In addition, cookies are stored on your computer when you use our website. Cookies are small text files stored by your browser that transmit certain information to the party that sets the cookie (in this case, us). Cookies cannot run programs or transmit viruses. They are used to make the website more user-friendly and effective.

§ 6 Contact via Contact Form and Email
(1) You can contact us via our contact form or email. The data provided will be processed in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR.
(2) User data is stored using Google Drive, part of Google Workspace offered by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, California 94043, USA. (3) We store your submitted data (e.g., email address, name, phone number) to respond to your inquiry. We delete this data once it is no longer required or restrict its processing if legal retention obligations apply.

§ 8 Use of Cookiebot
(1) We use "Cookiebot" by Cybot A/S, Havnegade 39, 1058 Copenhagen, Denmark, to inform you about cookie usage and to obtain your consent. This is done to comply with legal data protection requirements (Art. 6 (1) lit. c GDPR).

(1) We maintain an Instagram page by Meta Platforms Inc., 1 Meta Way, Menlo Park, California 94025, USA. Legal basis: legitimate interests in communication and outreach (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR).
(2) Instagram collects various metadata (e.g., location, browser settings, device data, activity). It creates user profiles and uses them for marketing and optimization purposes, including cookies and similar technologies.

§ 10 Facebook Presence

(2) Facebook collects and uses user data for profiling, advertising, and analytics, using cookies and similar tools.
(3) We are not aware of the full extent of data processing. Your data may be transferred outside the EEA. Meta is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

§ 11 Applications
Applicants can send us unsolicited applications via email or through the contact form integrated into our website.
The applicants’ data is evaluated for the purpose of processing the application procedure.
If an employment contract is concluded with an applicant, the transmitted data will be stored for the purpose of managing the employment relationship in compliance with legal regulations.
If no employment contract is concluded, the application documents will be deleted seven months after notification of the rejection decision, unless legitimate interests oppose the deletion—such as the obligation to provide evidence in proceedings under the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG).
The legal basis for the processing is Article 6(1) sentence 1 lit. b of the GDPR.
§ 12 Automated Decision-Making
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
